For the price we paid, Villa Friedrich was an absolute steal! The rooms were beautifully themed and the beds were so comfy. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the lively city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The spaciousness of the apartment at Villa Friedrich was truly impressive. The modern, stylish design and attention to detail made our stay very enjoyable. We particularly loved the luxurious bathroom with its heated floors and oversized shower. The host had thought of everything, providing treats in the kitchen and even offering coffee and tea. It was these little touches that made our experience perfect. Additionally, the location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the main area of town and conveniently access the train station. We were able to walk everywhere without any issues.

Although Villa Friedrich was a beautiful property, there were a few minor drawbacks. as a ground floor apartment, the curtains were made of thin muslin and didn't provide adequate coverage of the windows.

I recently stayed at a beautiful and spacious apartment in the heart of Bayreuth for a few days. The apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hall, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a computer. The highlight for me was the large bathroom with a heated floor and an oversized shower with a giant bench. The owner had thought of everything, including providing coffee and treats in the kitchen. The apartment was just a 5-minute walk from the city center and had convenient front of the house parking. The owner was always available and helpful. I highly recommend trying out the nearby restaurant, Liebesbier • Aus Liebe zum Bier "Andreas-Maisel-Weg 1".

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the intimate atmosphere of the accommodation. The self-check-in process and the small safe box on the wall to retrieve the key added a unique touch. Plus, there was no contact with the owner, ensuring uninterrupted privacy. The flat itself was fantastic, with two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, kitchen, and a cozy living room. Its close proximity to the vibrant city center was a bonus.

We felt right at home and had no complaints at all. Everything was perfect during our stay.
